Yesterday sparring session at perrys Gym was a total failure from my part.
My footwork, my techniques, my kicks - nothing worked as it should.
I kicked my foot straight into another guys kneekap so my toes are all fucked up and i'm walking with a slight limp.
I really took a beating with a little nosebleed, some bruises and scratches and a headache. A really big guy with good boxing skills kicked me hard in the neck. That one felt. If he'd hit me in the head he would have knocked me out cold. Lesson learned.
i was so freakin g tires when I got home I just stuffed my face with some rids Emmah had brought home and then crashed into bed. my whole body ached.
this morning when I woke up I was in no mood or shape for morning training, so I decided to take a resting day and eating day. So no training at all for me today, which is kinda nice. I would love to goo to the gym, though and loose some aggression on the bag.
Tomorrow I have to do thhe regular morning routine in the gym. I hope I can make an early night here so I can get a good 8-9 hours of sleep. That would be awesome. Then when I come home from work I gotta get out running the long run. hopefully I wont get shinsplints as I got the week before. But now my foot is all fucked up from kicking so maybe I will feel that injury instead.
Eating:
Sandwiches with butter and cheese, milk chokolate for breakfast.
Burger King Whopper Pepper meal for lunch.
ribs for snacks right now.
Sushi for dinner.
Candy in front of the TV tonight.

I left my mark on a guy earlier this week. It's just a scratch from the gloves. He hit me back yesterday, giving me a nice nosebleed. I deserved it.
I'm a fucking bum.
