my daughter suffers from night terrors.
it's a state of sleep where they scream and twists in their bed - all night long.
all you can do as a parent is stay close and not wake them up. Great. I already get too little sleep.
I got up early, dropped off my kid at daycare at 7:00 and then went straight too the gym.
I ran my sequence on the treadmill with a good result and then went on to the kickingbad and then the weights.
I'm getting pretty big. I hope I'll be able to post some good quality posing pics soon. Just have to fin me a good photographer.
after the pumping I ate my tunafish and kvarg and then went home.
In about an hour I have to be at work, so I have to get busy preparing todays food and hit the shower.
Soon I'll make my porrage. That's my second breakfast and tonight I have to take the long run - 13km with a touch of uphill running. That's in combination with returning some DVDs to the rental store.
I get off from work at 20:00 so I'll make the run at 21. Too late from training, I know. but some thing you just have to do in order to stay on top.
