Just got home from the morning workout.
I'm starting to get rather strong now. not bodybuilder strong, but strong for a fighter.
Yesterdays kicking excercises took their toll on my legs, mostly chins and calves, so running the treadmill was pure hell. It really burns now, but I completed the whole phase.
After the running phase I got ver to the bag and started kicking.
that wasn't good on the legs either, but I managed:
40 right kicks, 40 left, 20 right and 20 left. It was Ok.
The kicking was followed by the ordinary 50 situps in a steep angle.
Then I attacked the benchpress and tried to up the weights.
Normally I pump with 70kg. but today i pushed my lluck and tried 85kg. And to my surprise I did a successfull set of 5 + 5 + 5 lifts. That's rather impressive if I may say so myself.
Next on the agenda was the biceps curl.
There I did some long sets at 25kg
20 + 15 + 15 lifts.
After that I ate my tuna and started walking home.
I don't have the time right now, but later on today during lunch break I'll add some photos to this blog-entry.
