Welcome all ya'll to the blog this beautiful monday morning.
I'm sitting here 05:30 blogging, waiting for my NO-xplode to kick in. Soon I'll go to the gym for the morning workout. Nice. I've got a few hours worth of sleep and I'm feeling fine.
So, what's happening this week?
- I'm receiving my big order of protein.
- I'll purchase new running shoes and tights.
- I'm off for a skiing weekend to the resort Lindvallen with some colleagues (spelling?) from work.
- I'll try to fit as much training at Perrys as possible into my schedule because I'll lose fridays and saturdays sparring sessions.
