Early morning training

So now I'm home after my morning workout and the veggies are on the stove.
The kid was up when I returned, so getting a few more hours worth of sleep before starting the day was not to think about.

The workout started out fine with some running on the treadmill.
Due to my shinsplints this friday I had to take it easy for fear I wouldnt be able to jump the skipping ropes toninght at Perrys.
So I ran a long warmup session and then continued upping the pace. To my fond surprise i managed to run quite fast in the end.

I continued lifting some weights, kicking the bag (not too intesely though for fear of more shnsplints), and the doing some crunches at an angle.
I felt good, worked up a sweat and then I walked home in order to be back so that Emmah could get to work without leaving the kid alone.

At home I ate my tuna and kvarg and then took care of Ruths morning routines.
