Had a great workout at Perrys Gym tonight.
We trained alot on simple techniques such as 1-2-left knee-left kick, 1-2-left knee-left knee, left kick-straight punch, hook. Simple stuff but very effective. Tried to keep my mind on distance which worked ok.
Posed a bit after the workout and took some pics of me and PG. He's got some mad skillz, yo!

I usually manage to get all the way down. I'm pretty stiff right now. Pictural evidence coming up soon. Maybe friday.
I look fat here, he looks this. Kicking him is like kicking a bar of construction iron.
tomorrow is resting day. I will pick up my order of pretrainers and stuff i bought from GYMGROSSISTEN and will post something about them.
