Burn baby BURN!!!

It's time to burn the fat, or more specifically, the water.

I've been up since 04:15, been on the bike for about an hour and when I came home the scales pointed to 83.6kg. that's pretty good. but then again, that's on my private scales here. that doesnt really matter at all.

With some food discipline, high water intakes, a good biking session tonight and a late sauna before bedtime I should get down to about 83. That would mean 82 kg saturday morning. Gives me at least 1 kg to play with before weigh-in.
Mmmm... I love this part of the Muay Thai sport.
