Ah, it's good to be back.
The weekend has been alla about party and skiing. With lots of alkohol and fatty, carby food.
Now it's time to concentrate of training and the diet again. And I got to be extremely focuse because I'm off the PWOs and the kreatine for about a month.
So I don't really know what I'll use instead... no Crack, no no-Xplode... I gotta think of something. But as it is right now I'm going back to the INSANE pills just for something to wake up on.
I gotta go.
