Soft workout

i didnt lift any weights today.
My elbow is too sore from the fight and i don't want to push my luck, hurting it more and maybe get an injury. That's just stupid.

But I did som extremely heavy biking. I'm getting rather good and my legs are getting big, hard and tough. just the way they should be.
I interrupted the biking several times to do some kicking and punching on the bag, but as with the weights I didn't want to hurt myself more than necessary.

Tonight is muay thai at Perrys gym as usual.
