How smart can one be if he forgets the shorts.
I had to fold my legs up and train in my camo pants. That's nice... not.
The first image that greeted me in the gym was this:
Can there be something old in the gym today?
Yes there can. There was something ancient in the gym. An old man. 80 years old and still going strong.
He's had 8 coronarys, so he takes it a bit slow. But skam den som ger sig.
Myself I started off in regular order with some running on the treadmill.
10 min without a problem. I broke the sweat.
Then I continued with some bicepscurl, 35kg on the bar.
10 + 10 + 10 lifts.
I followed this with 60 situps at an angle and then continued with the bar shown above.
I was short on time so I had to go home after some posing.
At home I ate some tuna, maybe the last post-workout tuna I'll eat.
Now I'm blogging and soon I'll pay some bills and then hit the shower, make some porrage and the go to town.
I'll update the blog regularly today, so stay tuned.

Sen tror jag du överdriver med bilderna, hade räckt med en bild, du ser lixom likadan ut på alla :)
