Slow morning.

It's about time to activate. Today is my day off from work, and I'm having trouble finding motivation to go to the gym.

I haven't been blogging as I should the last days, and I feel sorry for that. Somehow I've gained weight. Could it be all the fatty food and alkohol? Maybe...

Soon Emmah and Ruth will go to town for some lunch and shopping. Then I have whole day for myself and my training. I will start off with a hard session at the gym with lot's of intervalls on the bike, running and kicking the bag. Then I will continue lifting some weights, pushing my boundaries a big and get the sweat flowing.
It's time to lose some weight, some serious weight - 7kg down to 78kg.

 Lunch at Lindvallen, Sälen. Beer, potatoes and a mountail of aioli. Whats wrong here?

 This is what a lot of Jaegermeister will do to you on an Afterski at Lindvallen.
You get retarded.

 Dinner at Lindvallen. Buffét at Experium. Very good food. 3 people got sick and puked during the night. but they were up again the next morning. No biggie.

 Monday morning breakfast. 7 raw eggs in a glass. This was the morning Ruth was sick, but before I took her temperature. So I was a bit stressed for time.

 Mondays lunch nr.1. Ruth is asleep so I have time to eat.
Chicken, veggies and cottage cheese.

 Mondays lunch nr.2 and dinner. both looked exactly the same.

They're soon off to town and I'm soon off to the gym.
Tonight I'm off to perrys gym for a late session.
