Training was goooood!
NO-Xplode actually works OK. I still miss my Rage Xtreme, Berzerk or Crack. I'll revert back to anyone of them when the NO-X is empty. But as it is now, No-xplode isnt bad, it just isnt the best for me. And it fucks up my gut.
I started the training routine with some running as usual. I felt strong, didnt push too much sweat even though I ran a pretty tough programme. But as I'm rather stressed for time I couldnt push myself harder. I'd love that tyhough, to run until I fucking puke.
I continued doing some benchpress. I did a series of 10 + 10 + 7 lifts at 80kg. I was alone in the gym, so I didnt wanna get stuck under the bar. thats just stupid.
Next on the agenda was the situps. I did 80, then a crapload of kicks on the heavybag, some chins and finaly some standing bar lifts behind the neck at 30kg. 10 + 10 + 10 lifts.

I was out of tuna and kvarg, so todays breakfast consisted of 5 raw egg. Mmmm, yummy! I wished Emmah could've seen me drink that.
