Here's just a rundown of the sunday that has passed.
Breakfast nr.1
5 raw eggs after workout. I was out of tuna and kvarg. You take what you have.
Breakfast nr. 2
Porrage with milk. Big bowl.
Lunch nr. 1
Cottage cheese, tunafish and a bean sallad. Hardcore protein.
Lunch nr.2
Cottage cheese, tunafish and a bean sallad. Hardcore protein again. I usually eat the same for both my lunches. Pretty boring.
I havent eaten dinner yet and it's getting late. I wonder what I'll have. Maybe some pizza to totally fuck up everything I've done today.
